How long will it take for my order to ship, and when can I expect delivery?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped out promptly. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, though times may vary based on your location or unexpected shipping delays. If a product requires a longer lead time, this will be clearly noted on its product page. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days in accordance with our Return Policy (found at the bottom of this page).
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Please reach out to us immediately at support@palmhauscollection.com if you wish to cancel. Once your order has left our warehouse, it will instead fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or item, please note it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, mark the receipt with “suspect damage.” Should your item arrive damaged, please email photos to support@palmhauscollection.com, and our team will arrange a replacement or compensation right away.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Just select your desired item, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details, then confirm your purchase. How will I know when my order has shipped?
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you another email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey. In rare cases of backorders, you’ll be notified within one business day.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes. Every purchase is followed by an order confirmation sent to the email address you provide at checkout. We recommend keeping this confirmation for your records. To avoid missing updates, please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within Illinois. Orders shipped outside Illinois are not subject to sales tax, which can provide significant savings for our customers.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes, you may update your order at no cost before it ships. Simply contact us at support@palmhauscollection.com with your request. If the change affects your total, we’ll either refund the difference or send you a secure invoice for any additional amount.
