What if my order arrives damaged?
We ask that you carefully examine your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage—even to the packaging—please note it on the delivery receipt before signing. If you are unable to inspect the contents right away but suspect damage, mark the receipt with “suspect damage.” Should your item arrive with damage, simply email photos to support@palmhauscollection.com. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, typically within one business day.
